Service & Subscription Terms
Service provider
YA HAALA CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER LLC, Ontario Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Licensing authority: Dubai Economy. Contact: cs@yahaala.com or +971 54 488 0707.
Scope and payment
The scope, stages and service charges are set out in the quotation or service agreement. The agreed amount is payable in full before work begins. Service charges are separate from government, official and third-party fees; each charge is explained before approval.
Cost disclosure and acceptance
Before payment, the client receives written service scope, stages, stage charges and total in AED, identifying VAT where applicable and included or excluded government and external fees. An invoice is issued as legally required. Additional work or charges require client approval.
Documents and authorisation
Clients must provide accurate, current information and documents relevant to the request and be authorised to supply another person's information. Documents are received through the company's official email or designated WhatsApp number. Enquiry forms do not require passwords or login codes.
Authority decisions
YA HAALA coordinates and follows up on transactions; it is not a government authority and does not guarantee approval. The relevant authority determines acceptance, rejection, requirements and processing times. YA HAALA is not responsible for an independent authority's decision or system disruption beyond its control, except to the extent caused by YA HAALA's error or negligence or otherwise required by law. Refunds for unperformed stages remain governed by the refund policy.
Packages and renewal
Packages cover only the agreed services and transaction allowances and exclude government and official fees. Monthly packages renew automatically for the agreed billing cycle and amount after renewal terms have been disclosed and accepted. Renewal does not itself authorise automatic card charges without separate authorisation for recurring collection.
Monthly allowances and no rollover
Package transaction allowances apply separately to each subscription month and reset at the start of the next billing cycle according to the agreed package. Unused transactions do not roll over or increase the following month's allowance. This applies to allowances the client chooses not to use while the agreed service is available; it does not remove rights to remedies or refunds where the company fails to fulfil its obligations. Requests to cancel renewal remain subject to the agreed notice period.
Subscription cancellation notice
Either party may decline renewal by giving the other written notice at least one full calendar month before the renewal date, through the designated email or WhatsApp contact. The notice should identify the client, package and requested end date. The company confirms receipt of a client's notice and the end date. Notice takes effect from receipt through a designated channel, even if the company replies later. The notice period does not limit statutory termination or refund rights arising from a material breach. Late notice applies to the first renewal satisfying the notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
Subscription details and changes
The subscription agreement identifies the start and renewal dates, charges, transaction limits and what counts as one transaction. Fee increases or material package changes require prior notice and explicit acceptance before application, with no retrospective effect. Browsing the website alone does not constitute subscription or renewal consent.
Rights and complaints
Services are subject to applicable UAE law. These terms do not exclude mandatory client rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Complaints may be sent to cs@yahaala.com with the request details and relevant facts, without limiting access to competent authorities or courts.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before work begins
Cancellation may be requested in writing before any work on the transaction begins. Service charges for work not performed are refundable. Government or third-party fees already paid with the client's approval are reviewed separately according to the relevant recipient's refund rules and supported by records.
After work begins
Charges for stages actually performed under the agreement are not refundable. Amounts paid for unperformed stages are refundable. The calculation follows the agreed stages and charges and identifies completed and unperformed work; starting one stage does not remove entitlement to a refund for later stages not performed. Mandatory rights and remedies for deficient service remain unaffected.
Undelivered or deficient services
If a service is not delivered, is defective or fails to meet the agreement, statutory remedies remain available, including full or partial refund or correct re-performance as applicable. Starting a transaction or describing charges as non-refundable does not remove those rights.
When has work begun?
Work begins when an actual agreed task is performed, such as reviewing application documents, preparing or submitting the application, or carrying out follow-up for the relevant stage. Payment or an enquiry alone does not constitute performance of a stage.
Rejected applications and external fees
An authority's rejection does not guarantee recovery of government fees or charges for stages properly performed. Payments for unperformed stages and refundable external fees are reviewed separately. This clause does not exempt the company from consequences of its error, negligence or mandatory legal obligations.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Send your request to cs@yahaala.com or WhatsApp +971 54 488 0707 with your name, request reference if available, proof of payment and cancellation scope. We review work performed and explain the calculation in writing before returning any amount due. The refund method and expected timing are confirmed after verification, subject to any applicable statutory deadline.
Cancelling a package
The one-month notice period applies to non-renewal. Settlement of payments for performed and unperformed work follows the package agreement, this policy and mandatory rights. Notice alone does not automatically withdraw transactions already submitted to an external authority.
Privacy Policy
Information we handle
We handle enquiry and contact details such as name, email, phone number, company, requested service and related correspondence. Depending on the transaction, identity, residency, trade licence, authorisation or relevant employee documents may be required. Shopify hosts the website and may process technical information such as browser details, IP address and cookies needed for its operation.
Receipt and use
Documents are received through cs@yahaala.com or the company WhatsApp number +971 54 488 0707. Information is used to assess requests, prepare quotations, perform agreed services, communicate, administer payments and meet legal obligations. Only relevant information should be provided, and clients must be authorised to share others' data. Processing relies on the appropriate legal basis, with consent sought where required.
Sharing and external platforms
Necessary documents may be shared with the authority or service provider involved in the client's request, limited to what is needed and supported by an appropriate legal basis. Shopify hosts the site; email and WhatsApp communications are processed through their providers under their terms and privacy policies. These platforms may involve processing outside the UAE; transfers are subject to applicable protection requirements, lawful grounds and safeguards. Transaction documents are not used for marketing without an appropriate legal basis and consent where required. Sending documents through these channels does not guarantee absolute security or provide blanket consent for unrelated uses.
Retention and security
Client documents are stored in the company's database with appropriate security measures and access limited to authorised personnel who need it to deliver the service. Package clients' documents are deleted when their package contract ends, except records needed to meet legal obligations or address an ongoing dispute. Use of retained records is restricted to those purposes, and records are deleted when the retention requirement ends. Enquiry and non-package client data is retained only as necessary for its purpose or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Company and provider backups are managed in line with applicable obligations; contract termination does not require deletion of records that must legally be retained. No system guarantees absolute security.
Your rights and contact
Contact cs@yahaala.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent where applicable under law. Identity verification may be needed, and exceptions may apply to records that must legally be retained. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the competent authority without prejudice to your rights.
Policy updates
The policy is reviewed when practices or requirements change. The effective date is identified on approval, with any legally required notice. Updates do not retrospectively change existing agreed obligations or constitute blanket consent to new processing purposes.
